Roofing & Cladding

Metal is elegant – Polycarbs are translucent.
Metal, especially steel articulates a classic way of thinking about design, from the principles used to tailor it, to the manner in which it is used, to the other building products and systems it embraces. A metal roof gives any infrastructure strength and longevity. Importantly, it can also be coated with fire-resistant paints to provide all round security to the structure.

Polycarbonate roofing sheets are an excellent choice for your 'skylights' for the best results. They can be used in combination with metal roofing or with other polycarbonate sheets of higher density or darker colours. Polycarbonates will not only bring maximum light inside, but will also protect against harmful UV radiations. They will also act as light diffusers to soften the incoming sunlight and create interesting light effects. Polycarbonate has been replacing glass (for skylights) because of its variety of benefits as compared to glass. These include durability, strength, impact resistance, light weight, fire resistance, ease of installation, ease of handling, etc. These features of Polycarbonate sheets make them an alternative choice for Roofing and Cladding too.

Designs you will love, Colours you can choose from, Shapes you can envision, forms you can create. Metallic & Polycarbonate roofs are the current favorites of modern architects. Prismatic colors, Daylighting, Even lighting, Energy saving, 180° or 360° View, think of what you will - it can be engineered for you.
We as turnkey professionals, leverage our associates and collaborate to provide you a variety of services from Designing, engineering, management, installation and maintenance.

We can provide layer of rockwool / glasswool insulation below metal roof to achieve higher thermal efficiencies even during harshest summers.
1. Zinc Roofing: A 100% zinc roof is extremely corrosion resistant, self-healing, (meaning : if scratched the zinc roofing material it can recover given time). It has a low maintenance care regime. You can install it and forget about it.
2. Galvanised Steel Roofing: Traditional galvanized metal roofing is a corrugated sheet of carbon steel with a galvanized coating. The coating is created by dipping the straight sheet in hot molten zinc.
3. Galvalume Steel Roofing: A patented galvanisation process that includes aluminum and silicon added to zinc. The dip is 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon.
4. Copper Roofing: Copper is also one of the most fireproof materials available. Copper is also highly resistant to thermal changes and thereby doesn’t deteriorate quickly. With regular care and maintenance, the life expectancy of copper roofing can exceed fifty years.
5. Aluminium Roofing: Aluminium can withstand the harshest of environments since it is corrosion-resistant. A layer of paint makes it colourful and hence is a choice of many architects.
6. Polycarbonate Roofing: Polycarbonate is a great alternative roofing material with the same transparency as glass. Strong and lightweight, easy to handle, transport and install Durable, it can resist strong impacts It provides UV protection too and is aesthetically pleasing. Clear, Opaque, tinted, prismatic are options for the amount of light needed. 7. Skylights: Fixed skylight, Ventilated skylight, Tubular skylight, Pyramid skylight, Dome acrylic skylight, Barrel vault skylight or Custom skylight.
8. Roofing Addons: Solar panels, Nature Vegetation panels, Vents, Gutters etc.

Kalzip offers the ultimate in design flexibility, Kalzip Standing Seam Systems can be curved in a variety of options to suit the required application. The profile can be concave, convex, or wave shaped, incorporating both curves in one sheet. Kalzip is fully demountable, and can be reused or recycled. It can also be used with green and solar roofs. The Kalzip Deck Roof system provides an economical solution for all types of industrial, commercial, leisure, retail and residential buildings where a long-spanning rafter-to-rafter roof construction is required.

The Kalzip Deck Roof system consists of a Kalzip standing seam outer sheet, Kalzip insulation, Kalzip vapour control layer and a Kalzip structural decking sheet. The Kalzip standing seam outer sheet is supported off Kalzip ST or E Clips fixed direct to the Kalzip structural decking sheet.

Tuflite/DPI offers all kinds of roofing & cladding solutions in polycarbonate and ETFE foil roof.
TUFLITE focuses on the use of natural daylight to provide hi-tech roofing solutions. Their products range from transparent daylight panels to opaque synthetic roofs. Tuflite specializes in high quality solid and textured polycarbonate sheets, polycarbonate greenhouse panels, PRISMLITE panels, Clickfix panels and also provide TEXLON ETFE, ETFE foil roof system and solutions.

Polycarbonate Standing Seam Skylight Systems is an innovative solution for building envelopes that optimizes daylight and solar heat gain. It facilitates variable light transmission to achieve better luminous efficacy notwithstanding the varying angles of the sun. The strategically placed opaque angular louvers create diagonal light-ducts that control the amount and quality of diffused daylight. Other existing daylight panels have widely varying daylight transmissions from morning to evening, resulting in user discomfort and reduced energy efficiency. With its myriad structure combinations, it enables boundless creativity along with performance. DPI DAYLIGHT has over two decades of experience and research in the field of 'daylighting' solutions.
